"The staff has been amazing every time I have stopped in! I have bought full riding suits there in the past and most recently bought a new helmet. On my latest visit associate 6412 (just so I don’t get his name wrong and he gets the credit he is due) was again very patient as I checked every possible fit and brand. He knew the technical specs of each helmet (material, weight, MIPS, shields, etc) and was not pushy towards the most expensive one. He very specifically checked the fit and allowed me the final decision. Overall a great experience."

"Used an E gift card. The process took about 10-15 minutes to buy one item. The cashier who, to her credit, was very friendly and apologetic, was also brand new, and not trained how to process such a transaction. The manager had to come out twice from a conference call to help her. He could tell I was growing impatient with the process, and told me to stay calm with the woman, as she was new. My aggravation wasn’t with her, but with the training she did not receive. I get people are new and don’t know everything instantly, but she should be trained on all tenders and methods of payment, and even if she weren’t, it shouldn’t take so long. "
"I am a relatively new rider and am up grading my gear. I went in several times, and talked with multiple employees, they all taught me not only how to choose a helmet but specific features and how they work for each riding position. The store was always clean. This is the first time on any review I'm giving this high of a rating.

"I knew what I wanted and the sales guy at the counter was not very helpful. I asked about the half helmet and all he told me was they are not any good and we don't promote the use if those. After I told him that helmet saved my life a few years ago he just kind of walked away and started talking with another worker. Used to have good people working here who were willing to help and treat customers with some kind of respect. Wont shop here anymore."
